Rotor pump is also called gel pump, three leaf pump, sole pump, etc. In the process of rotation, two rotors (2-4 teeth) rotating synchronously and reversely produce suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet, thus sucking in the materials to be transported. The two rotors divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of a → B → C → D. When operating to position a, only room I is filled with medium; when operating to position B, part of the medium is sealed in Room B; when operating to position C, the medium is also sealed in room a; when operating to position D, room B of room a is connected with room II, and the medium is delivered to the discharge port. In this way, the medium (material) is continuously transmitted.
