The pump body is mainly composed of the outside of the pump cavity and the inside of the pump cavity. The outside of the pump cavity is mainly made of stainless steel type SS316 product, which is wear-resistant and not easy to rust. The internal structure of the pump chamber is also made of stainless steel, which is more corrosive and wear-resistant than the external structure. Therefore, it is better to subdivide some oxidizing liquid without damage to the pump body.

If the pressure pulsation of emulsion pump is large, the flow is insufficient or there is no flow, the pipeline vibrates and the noise is serious, then the factors to be considered are: the air in the suction chamber of the pump is not discharged completely; the air is drawn into the sealing ring of the plunger when suction; the suction pipe is too slender and bent, the spring of the suction and discharge valve is broken or the valve core is damaged, the screw plug of the suction valve is not tightened, and the suction filter of the liquid tank is blocked. The solution is to loosen the air release screw of the pump body to exhaust the air, take out the drain valve and fill the plunger cavity with liquid;
